Chamber of Secrets Episode Notes
This time Debbie and Nicole joined me. As this one is from the archives, our intros are a bit outdated. I didn’t edit them out because I thought it would be a nice time capsule to way back when we recorded the episode.
This is a long one, so listen to it whichever way you’d like: use it as a commentary track while you watch the film, enjoy our banter as you commute to work, school, or home for Thanksgiving, or just take it a bit at a time. On this Chamber of Secrets movie commentary episode, you’ll learn all about our Weasley crushes, our favorite books, our first impressions, and more.
Some corrections:
- I have no idea what I’m talking about when I mention Irish, British, Scottish, Welsh, English etc. Please feel free to correct me and know that I know I’m wrong.
- I was so wrong about mandrakes. I actually just read about them in A Journey Through a History of Magic book. If you’re interested in world building and specifically world building in the Potter universe, check out this book. It is a fun quick read.
- I have to apologize for my interrupting. A combination of excitement, great chemistry, and incredible comfort around Nicole and Debbie made me forget my host duties. Sorry ’bout that.
