It’s time for our another Fairy Tale Reading Challenge Update! Lindsey read another book and Estee is preparing to read her second!
Lindsey here! How is your #FairytaleRC coming along?
I finished my 2nd book, Daughter of the Forest (Sevenwaters Trilogy, Book#1) by Juliet Marillier making me officially a level 2 of this challenge: Magic Mirror!! My review will be posted soon.
I started my 3rd retelling. It is called The Girls at the Kingfisher’s Club by Genevieve Valentine. It is a reimagining of the Twelve Dancing Princesses set during the Roaring Twenties.
It has been a while since I read the Brothers Grimm or Hans Christian Anderson. I wanted to refresh my memory of the fairy-tales that coincide with my retellings so I have started pulling out my old children’s books. It is actually quite fun :) I did my nails and drank Kombucha (a current obsession) at the same time.
How Do YOU Enjoy Fairy Tale Retellings?
Estee here with my not-much-of an-update update.
I’ve been kind of bad since I finished my first book and haven’t really started my second. However, this weekend I intend to read The Moth in the Mirror by A.G. Howard.
The Moth in the Mirror is a novella, so as long as I don’t get too distracted I should have no trouble finishing it in a day.

Oh look something shiny! Just kidding! I promise I’m on it and will have a review ready for you in May.
Until Then, Happy Reading Friends!
