Last year the inaugural Special Edition Comic-Con debuted in NYC taking up a very small part of the Javitz Center. This year they moved the convention to Pier 94 and added a show floor!
Join me and Debbie from the IGGPPC and her podcast You Haven’t Seen?! as we discuss the con. Debbie went on both days and I went on Sunday. I cosplayed as female Clark Kent. :)
My highlight was meeting Katie Cook and Jill Pantozzi, and the panel called Creating Comics: The Real Stories which featured the two women previously mentioned plus: Marguerite Bennett, Dylan Meconis, Kate Leth, Marjorie Liu, Annie Wu and Becky Cloonan!
Unfortunately because of the panel set up, the recording quality is not great, but I thought I’d share something from such a fun panel!
