Best Buy: Olay Quench with shimmer has been keeping my skin super soft and slightly sparkly for the past 7 years. The body wash is great too! In my handbag I use a free Victoria’s Secret sample I got that has proven to be a great find! Love My Body Amazing All Over Body Lotion: Jasmine and Water Lily (apparently it’s been discontinued!). For my lips I use standard blue Chapstick brand lip balm . And I still haven’t figured out how to save my cuticles from hangnails.
Price: Quench $7.67; Chapstick 3 for $3.00

Best Buy: Kit Cosmetics Hand Cream (Tropical Coconut Milk scented). I was gifted this for my birthday and have fallen in love with it. It’s soothing and refreshing, but maybe a tiny bit oily. Other than that, I love any and all Body Shop moisturisers/body butter products which are usually very reasonably priced for the rest of my body. I have tried all of them and can’t pick a favourite, but I recommend trying out the nut-based ones first if you’re new to Body Shop products.
Price: $19.95 for 75mLs, Body Shop prices vary by size

On my face I use Nivea Visage Oil Free Moisturizing Day Cream, which works great.

Our Tips:
1. Take shorter showers!
2. Don’t over exfoliate!
3. Apply lotion immediately after showering or washing your hands!
4. Hydrate! Drink enough water every day.
5. Wear gloves outside or when washing dishes and apply cuticle cream or oil to save your nails!
6. Eat some avocado, salmon, coconut oil, caffeine-free herbal teas, and homemade probiotics (whatever that means)! (Source: Mind Body Green)
