4. Couple You Most Want to Break Up

It’s a shame that we know this couple is meant to be because, like Laurel and Oliver on Arrow, they have virtually no chemistry. It isn’t even so much a lack of chemistry as it is that Barbara has no storyline. Her entire purpose has thus far been to stand around waiting for Jim to come home and complain that he doesn’t give her confidential details about his police investigations. Because…that’s something he should do?
