Customizing: Substituted regular milk for buttermilk because the one in the fridge went bad. Also used margarine instead of butter.
Repeatability: I would like to, but I’ll watch them in the oven this time so I don’t burn them.

Ease: Not so much. I had to really mash the chickpeas and the frying was awkward. It smelled weird, but tasted fine.

Customizing: Substituted chickpeas for the beans they suggested.
Repeatability: Maybe if I made a lot less and changed things up.
*So, I remembered this incorrectly and kept calling it Vegetarian Meatballs. They are listed as Veggie Burgers. Oops!

Customizing: Substituted carrots for the cheese and real onions for green onions.
Repeatability: Definitely! These were super cute and really delicious. I did OD on the salt though, so I have to work on that.
Recipe: Dinner: Honey Mustard Pretzel Chicken

Ease: Not bad, but a bit time consuming.

- Honey Mustard Dressing
- Pretzel Crumbs
Customizing: I did everything according to the recipe except use boneless skinless chicken breast instead of chicken on the bone.
Repeatability: Definitely! Now I know how to make chicken and that I enjoy honey mustard sauce a bit. This was a great experiment.
