Hello Fit Clubbers!
Here’s how I did with the Nike Training Club Challenge!
Since I go to the gym 5 days a week doing weights and cardio, I found myself gravitating towards the workouts that had to do with stretching, yoga, and abs. I liked doing these on the weekends and a couple days during the week. It was hard for me to find time to do them every day. I think I’ll keep this up and do them on the days that I don’t go to the gym, which is usually Saturdays and Sundays. Here are a few of my favorites:
