CMA Red Carpet Glamour

The Country Music Awards were last week the fashion was exciting!

Our top look was Carrie Underwood‘s Red Carpet Dress.

Now for some Fashion Commentary.

Aubrey Peeples– I love it even though I don’t think I would ever wear it or pull it off.
Ashley Monroe– Oh & maybe it’s a bit old lady-ish of me, but her dress while cute was WAY WAY WAY too short! I own shirts that are longer than it was!
Carrie Underwood– I like Carrie Underwood’s dress but I think I’d like it even more in a different color…something a little darker. It’s actually something I’d consider wearing.
Jennifer Nettles– See I don’t get the pocket dresses…I love pockets but it seems weird in formal dresses to me

I have to say most of these dresses were rather underwhelming… or the dress was nice, but the hair was totally wrong for it. Lindsey’s not alone, I don’t recognize anyone outside of the Nashville cast.

Chaley Rose– looks great, good color, fit, style, but her cool fro-like hair wasn’t right – either tame it for make it a “cool wild.”

Jennifer Nettles– I think I like it because of the pockets (love pockets on dresses).

Lennon & Maisy Stella– looked good and were age appropriate which was a nice change.

Carrie Underwood– I liked her hair, but I thought the dress was off – we know she’s pregnant, but the dress wasn’t sure if it was a maternity dress or gown.

Jana Kramer, Lucy Hale, Catherine Werne

Nicole Kidman– also looks great, but not because of her dress.

Carrie Underwood– I liked her look, but agree with Estee that a different color might have been better.

I wasn’t a fan of a majority of the dresses. And I have no clue who 98% of the people were.

Carrie Underwood– I was back and forth on this dress. And the white lace dresses.

Clare Bowen– It’s such a country dress, and fits her well. It may be a bit over the top, but it works for the occassion.

Faith Hill– Oh Faith. Love her. She looks so sweet and classy at the same time.
Jennifer Nettles– I LOVE pockets on dresses or skirts especially when they are sneaky.
