Arya (Game of Thrones) / Regina (Once Upon a Time)
There was a tie on this one, between the kick-butt girl who has spent almost the entirety of her time in hiding as a boy and the somewhat reformed evil queen who is desperate to have her happy ending. Both characters are dynamic and have grown more than just about anyone around them, so it is hard not to love them both. Where Regina’s edges have softened, Arya’s have grown sharper. Regina has learned to love, be vulnerable, open herself up to others, and hope. Arya in the meantime learns to fight and kill and carries revenge in her heart. After all the devastation she has experienced, what is there for her to do but laugh when she discovers she has missed a chance to connect with yet another family member?
