2. Most Disappointing Cancellation/Show Ending Too Soon
The Newsroom (3 Seasons)
There’s no denying that Aaron Sorkin has his moments and that some of his moments are better than others, but we at Common Room did not find ourselves as unhappy with Newsroom as so many others were. (One of us might have even cried during the series finale.) The series finale had many of my favorite moments, even if Will became father material somewhat abruptly. Sure, there was more sermonizing than necessary, but that is par for the Sorkin course and you just have to come in accepting that. Overall, I found it a moving tribute and great way to look at where the whole series started.
